Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date your order is shipped. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages Hip2bfit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hip2bfit.com so we can make it right.
