Sugar has become the new drug of choice for those who would never dream of taking drugs, smoking, or even drinking alcohol.

As Proverbs 17:22 points out, sometimes medicine doesn't always come in a bottle. A Biblical attitude toward life is as important to health and fitness as eating right and exercising.
