Take Pictures a Motivation Tip

 If you need a tip to get you motivated here's one for you. Take pictures of yourself. That's right. Take before and after pictures of yourself shirtless. It's a good way to hold yourself accountable.

Here are some things to think about.

1. Make sure you take all of your before and after pictures in the same exact lighting.  I notice a lot of before and after skin care cremes, cellulite products, and diet pics always seem to be taken in different lighting. Lighting makes a huge difference in how you look, so don't cheat yourself. Take a picture in your bathroom or somewhere where the main source of lighting is always the same light bulb.

2. If you are holding your stomach in on the before, make sure you are holding it in on the after. Just like the lighting you want to make sure you are comparing apples to apples.

3. Do the same poses again so you can compare apples to apples.
